Navigating the Mysteries - Finding authenticity and the way to a more loving world.
I’ve just enjoyed my first picking of delicious home-grown cherry tomatoes and pimientos de Padrón. Seared on a hot grill tossed in sea salt, they are a local favourite and game of chance!
The story goes that one in a hundred peppers is hot, the rest, a mild and delicious accompaniment to seafood or grilled pork. The ones from this garden have all been fiery – right on the edge, between deliciously hot and painful!

This week I was delighted to record a rich conversation with Beebe Bahrami, guest teacher for the Spring Caminos. I’m excited to share the video with you for Full Moon Feature on August 1. You can listen in as we enthuse about the Camino, share some of our experiences and look forward to our next Camino collaboration.
And I have been working on the website. Please take a look, to see the changes.
Notice the new About page, where I share my purpose and what gives meaning to my life.
Visit the International Days page to see how my description of this work has a new flavour and the page has new colour.
And – you’re here! You’ll see that there is progress on the blog and how I have been catching up with myself!
Please let me know your thoughts.
